Applications and supporting materials are confidential scholarship records. The Scholarship Committee uses submitted information to evaluate applications and administer the Carol and Frank Falks Scholarship.
What the application collects
Contact details, education and program plans, church connection, service and leadership information, an essay, a recommendation, and applicant certification. An open cycle may require additional educational documents. Applicants under 18 provide parent or guardian certification.
Do not provide Social Security numbers, bank details, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information. Financial need is not scored.
Who can access it
Authorized scholarship staff use the existing internal staff dashboard. Application records and uploaded documents are not publicly listed. Submitted information is shared only with people who need it to administer the scholarship, unless otherwise authorized or legally required.
Celebrating scholars
Recipient names, photographs, biographies, school information, or quotes are published only with appropriate permission from the recipient and, where applicable, their parent or guardian.
