Administered through Church of Christ Genessee Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, the scholarship is a ten-year program planned for 2027–2036.
It recognizes students’ commitment to education, service, leadership, character, and making a positive difference. Each scholar becomes another chapter in Frank and Carol’s continuing story.

Graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, GED recipients, current college students, and current vocational or technical students who intend to pursue an eligible postsecondary program.
The policy describes qualifying connections to these Columbus, Ohio congregations:

- Mound Street Church of Christ
The application records whether you are an active member or the child/dependent of an active member. The Scholarship Committee reviews eligibility under the controlling agreement.

Eligible education can include colleges, universities, community colleges, vocational schools, technical schools, trade schools, accredited certificate programs, and other approved postsecondary institutions.
Awards support school-related needs such as tuition, required fees, books, educational supplies and equipment, and other approved education-related expenses. Funds are provided directly to recipients after required documentation is completed.
How applications are reviewed.
Reviewers use the same 100-point rubric, with individual evaluations, recorded conflicts and recusals, and a documented committee recommendation. The Church Board/Trustees gives final approval.
